It is hard to decide where to take someone when there are so many things to see.  Our tour of SoCal with Anita continued with wine tasting in Temecula.  Though she’s not much of a wine drinker, it seemed like a must when visiting Southern California.

We visited four different vineyards and had a great time trying different wines.  We even got to see the sun in Temecula while it rained back in Ramona!

Our biggest adventure was heading into Hollywood to visit Universal Studios and the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

It was a beautiful day to enjoy such a magical place!

We did go through other parts of the park as well, as much as I would have loved to spend all my time (and money) in Hogsmeade.

We took the Studio Tour and got to see the sets where they filmed some famous movie and TV shows.  It was really interesting and definitely worth the wait.

We had a great time exploring and were really happy that we decided to rent a car since it was such a long trip from Ramona.  We spent the entire day at Universal and were completely exhausted afterwards!  We dropped Anita off at the airport yesterday and said our goodbyes as she went back to MN.  It was so nice having a friend in town.  Now we are prepping for the next visitor who gets in tomorrow!  It’s a busy month for us here in Cali!
